   Gathered extensive data regarding delayed equipment deliveries; produced business cases to identify and document reasons for delays, reviewed the project schedule to determine cost impact on the projects, and contributed recommendations to alleviate delays in the future.

   Determined the objective, need and feasibility of warranties for construction projects and evaluated the influence of warranties on the business model of construction companies.

 

Residential Project by Purna Construction Company                                                                             10/2007 to 04/2008               

   Collaborated with a team of 4 Seniors to lead front end planning for a residential project called The Gardens; drafted construction schedule for 176 apartments, forecasted labor and materials requirements and managed all inventory for project duration.

   Identified and established solutions to recover from expected delays and evaluated the value of warranties.

   Integral team member led by the Construction Manager on the 2nd phase of a complex commercial construction project called Arc-Terraces ; contributed toward drafting the project schedule utilizing MS-Project v2003 , and estimated material and labor costs.

   Produced weekly reports on project progress, coordinated the purchase of materials, contributed toward safety planning for worksite, and conducted extensive worksite audits.
