While Office Manager with the U.S. Army s Okinawa Branch Veterinary Services for several years, I steered comprehensive administrative operations. I was in charge of maintaining 3K+ patient records in compliance with Army standards, reconciling and managing receivables and deposits, handling all reception duties, and providing quality customer service. I also researched/sourced vendors, facilitated equipment/supply purchase orders, oversaw inventory operations, and collaborated in developing budgets, including serving as representative on all budget as well as services issues at quarterly meetings.
