recently, as a technical support professional for micro center, i utilized my broad scope of industry and it services knowledge to support store associates and customers with various pc / mac operating systems, software, hardware compatibility issues, peripherals (i.e. pdas, scanners, digital cameras, wireless devices, dvds, cd-rs, cd-rw drives), and upgrades.  within this role, i also managed local pcs, macs, and linux-based computers on an internal network, and monitored and audited compliance with internet acceptable use policy and software licensing agreements.  as this is just a sampling of my job history, please refer to my enclosed resume for additional experience.
