As demonstrated in my progressive career, I have continually applied my skills in conducting accurate foreign airport and air carrier inspections.  Serving as a Security Professional, I set up posts at various points throughout Baghdad Iraq for KBR Security Department.  I inspected all fuel points of base operation and the Safety Department.

 

In my previous role as a Federal Aviation Administration Licensed 121 Dispatcher Holder at Saipan, I conducted thorough aircraft checks including checking the cockpit of the aircraft I am dispatching.  I have worked with several different types of aircraft.  I proactively ensured safety of flight and the primary responsibility for the economics, passenger service, and operational control of the entire flight.  Illustrating sharp detail orientation and problem solving skills, I analyzed and evaluated meteorological information to determine potential hazard to safety of flight and select the most desirable route.

 

As an Airport Supervisor at Roi Namur Airport in the Marshall Islands. I worked with the base police and the local government to adhere to security policy changes after September 11, 2001.  I applied changes in cargo handling and passenger manifesting that were conducted including (RAM) random anti terrorist measures which involved scanning the passenger manifests to check for any passengers that would require escort to and from the airport as well as visitors and guests.  I also checked and approved all maintenance records before the flight was signed off by the Chief Pilot and the 121 dispatcher.  

 

To proficiently dispatch military and commercial aircraft, I was relied upon to provide and file flight plans as the Base Operations Federal Aviation Administration 121 Dispatcher.  I arranged quarters, transportation, security badges and coordinated with Hickam AFB, Hawaii.  I have also held responsibility for creating/updating flight schedules for all incoming aircraft.  In addition, I was relied upon to lend my expertise in arranging and furnishing special flights and rescue operations.

A key part of my jobs has been to continually analyze, synthesize and evaluate technical data in order to determine, develop, recommend, and implement targeted policies and procedures vital to ensuring smooth workflow and operations.  I have collected and analyzed preliminary data in support of formal inquiries in investigations of security reports in my current position as the Security Technician at Kellogg Brown and Root.

 

As a Telemetry Electrician at KRS Range Systems, I managed diverse technical information regarding multiple pieces of equipment.  I planned each mission project for the US Army missile range in advance to ensure successful execution with precision.  I proficiently read electronic schematic diagrams for circuit tracing and troubleshooting.  I also provided technology-driven solutions implementation to support enterprise-wide operations.  I replaced components and wiring circuits, repaired and aligned simple electronic equipment and took test readings using common instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.

 

I have also applied my planning and evaluation abilities as a Base Operations Dispatcher (Federal Aviation Administration Licensed 121 operator) at the National Missile Defense Range.  After a thorough examination of then current processes and procedures, I discovered that they were outdated and recommended changes to optimize the efficiency, productivity and performance of the entire aviation department.  I steered several practices to ensure that weather information was obtained from a reliable source.  I also contacted Hickham and Anderson Air Force bases in order to receive up to date information.  I mentored, motivated and evaluated employees on a quarterly basis, playing an instrumental role in the development of top performing team members.  I documented performances using the Human Resources Department s company policy.

In my current position as Security Technician with KBR, I worked as a Marine Security guard at the American Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq.  I have a current security clearance and I am relied upon to work on sensitive and diplomatic issues.  I successfully oversee guard shift with a combined team of Security Technicians from 20-50 contracted Local Iraq personnel.
