Proactively prepare required documents to initiate removal proceeding. Independently write numerous cases and interview prisoners to determine alien status/removal, demonstrating exceptional written and oral communication talents. Take sworn testimony under oath and have conducted extensive computer checks within the TC5, IBIS, DACS, CIS, Enforce and NIIS systems to verify the information obtained from field interviews. Initiate Immigration Detainers (1-247), Notice to Appear (1-862), Record of Deportable/Inadmissible Alien (1-213), and other charging documents used to remove illegal aliens.
