         Oversee the success of 28 employees and operations within distinct branches throughout Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, and North Carolina; Yield approximately $2MM monthly.

         Negotiate loans with large and small financial institutions; currently involved in a $36MM commercial project.

Fiscal Management:

         Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and periodic performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

         Govern all financial management and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.

Human Resources/Personnel Management:

         Monitor staffing requirements; interview, hire, train, and terminate employees, or delegate the personnel processes.

         Determine mortgage services to be sold, and set credit terms, based on forecasts of interest rates, customer demand, and industry trends.

         Design and implement marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions.

         Coordinate all activities concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of mortgage services.
