   Maintain complete accountability for leading project management initiatives for all aspects of pipeline and terminal projects.

   Provide key leadership and oversight for a team of 13+ Inspectors tasked with a variety of related projects; ensured timely completion and submission of all required reporting and compliance with applicable state and federal requirements.

   Maintain optimized quality controls; oversee a variety of projects including relocations, pig runs, and lowering of pipelines.

   Supervise crews, set up for audits, tiee-ins, leaks, pig runs and all required maintenance; perform line riding, string, setup, coating, bending, pigging of pipe, lowering end, fabrication, valve setting, road bore, tie-in crews.

   Perform all phases of inspecting, pipefitting, rigging, erecting, fabricating, testing and blow down, blue print reading and drawing.

   Contribute extensive experience and qualifications on  carbon steel (heliarc and stick), 5% chrome moly and  308 stainless steel (heliarc and stick) all on unlimited thickness.

   Maintain compliance with One Call Tickets, OSHA Laws, Internal Requirements,  and inspection guidelines.

   Communicate with Inspectors on a daily bases on project development issues; maintain oversight with E-Rail Safety Training & Rail Road Contractors requirements and ensure availability of inspection card.

   Advise manager of Construction for the need of a variance prior to requesting it from the Project Manager, assist Inspectors, develop safety trenching and shoring curriculum and assure soil classifications are documented.

   Assure ingress and egress is in place on trenching, ensure ladders are in place in trench every 25 ft.,  and assure that weight limits over pipelines are calculated.

   Understand bending parameters, hydro-testing  and pipe cleaning procedures.

Maintained oversight for 16+ Inspectors; ensured that all were qualified in OC.
