For this South Texas real estate venture, oversee sales and marketing efforts for large and growing inventory of REO properties.  In support of increasing property sales, develop strategic marketing plans for use with wide variety of advertising media. Utilize county appraisal data as well as local Multiple Listing System information for market research and analysis.  Develop timely reports through strong team building and management efforts.   Work closely with clients in development and management of website.
