   Led South Korean shipyard to be a premier organization in the fabricating of foreign classification, industry standard ships; provided strategic leadership and oversight for production efficiency, quality control and workmanship through targeted process improvement activities and strict requirements for accountability and production standards.

   Achieved promotion to Project Manager for exceptional performance, and a deep and rich understanding of commissioning vessels; acquired qualification for commissioning of the Marpol Annex II vessel, and collaborated with representatives from the ABS to organize all shipyard vessels.

   Consistently met project timelines for production and delivery, while maintaining strict control of budgetary requirements, staff performance, and

   Project Managed the construction of 4 sister vessels at a Japanese shipyard;  coordinated with shipyard, owners and classification engineering, produced progress reports, and ensured exceptional quality control and workmanship.

   Experienced in supervising shipyard erection processes and implementing standards for quality and efficiency; provide oversight for all client relations, production goals, and classifications requirements.

   Prepare and present New Ship Construction ABS Classification Reports to Classification Committee for vessel acceptance and inclusion in the ABS Record.

   Prepare and present original classification , SOLAS, Safety Construction, MARPOL Annex I and II, Loadline, and BC Code certificates upon delivery.

   Track and verify ABS Engineering Hull and Machinery design comments in the ABS Vessel Information Management software network.
