Conduct comprehensive review and analysis of employees to optimize productivity, efficiency and performance. Prepare and deliver weekly, daily and monthly reports to the local national regional manager and HQ. Successfully build top-performing personnel vital to supporting enterprise-wide operations by strategically recruiting and effectively interviewing, screening and testing candidates.
Proactively build and establish key relationships and liaise effectively between management and staff to facilitate smooth communication and expedite workflow to attain objectives. Support Program Managers, LN Regional Manager and Operations Director to identify linguist shortcomings and develop training manuals and remedial packets for employees. Ensure staff are properly educated on information/communication technology and intelligence gathering, as well as open source research.
Travel to work with Site Managers at outlying FOB s in Iraq to assist and monitor their daily operations.
Supervise all security screening files for potential new employees and provide the information to the counter intelligence screening team.
