While in hostile conditions and high-stress exxxxxxironments, calmly and efficiently coordinated for combat sorties and aircraft movement consisting of humanitarian relief, special operations, air evacuations, pipeline patrol and mission support flights with 2 ARTCC's and 7 satellite airports.  Utilized communications and radio equipment valued at $4.5 million.  Ensured newly assigned controllers were properly educated by providing upgrade, proficiency, and facility training to ease transition between rotations.  Directly supported the development and rewriting of letter of agreements, letter of procedures, and facility operating instructions.
