         utilize broad scope of healthcare industry knowledge to resourcefully direct blood donation operations, including organizing donor registration and venipuncture / apheresis venipuncture areas per company policies / procedures to ensure blood products and donation sites meet all fda regulations, as well as maintain donor confidentiality.

         perform blood donor screening by taking vital signs (e.g. blood pressure, temperature, pulse), along with performing finger sticks to check hemoglobin levels and asking key questions regarding donors medical history.

         collect units of donor blood, as well as six test tubes to be used for testing at a red cross national testing laboratory.

         perform double red cells apheresis procedure using haemonetics mcs+ machines as a trained technician, including administering saline for donor rehydration after separation of blood, as well as replacement of platelets and plasma.
