Serve as liaison with other law enforcement agencies such as Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Department of Justice, Department of Labor, and local police.

Conduct preliminary searches for possible non-immigrant visa fraud (focusing on H-1B, H-2B, L-1 or L-2) to develop information on subjects of the investigation by gathering, screening, and providing factual information in support of criminal investigations. Apply internal control measures to protect organizational integrity and prevent unauthorized use or misappropriation of sensitive and classified material.

Organize report, correspondence, publications, regulations and other material filing to streamline front office operations. Apply sharp analytical and administrative skills to ensure accurate data management and updates in the computer system. Conduct searches on databases to collect information and forward it to Special Agents, Investigative Analysts, and other law enforcement personnel. Provide customer service to supply needed information for any inquiries including explanations of office functions, descriptions of specific requirements, and basic instructions.
