Serving as Supervisory Computer Specialist C Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) at US Patent & Trademark Office (PTO) HR Implementations, I have effectively provided innovative, solutions-focused projects including: Patent Examiner IVR System, the Electronic System for Personnel (ESP) Application, Resumix Pilot for Trademark Attorneys, and the Merit Announcement Program (MAP) System.
