   Spearheaded all staffing initiatives; recruited, interviewed, and hired 12 staff members, including an associate doctor, technicians, and a receptionist, created new job descriptions and implemented cross-training strategies to drive efficiencies and contain costs, maintained 100% retention.

   Completed state-of-the-art training under computer-savvy doctor; facilitated all staff training and development efforts to maximize technology tools, and created a virtually paperless office environment.
