As demonstrated, I am a Licensed RN with an MS in Administrative Studies-Health Administration, and a career emphasis on leadership capacities ranging from my current position as a management-level RN in charge of eICU operations across 24 hospitals throughout a 3-state region to prior Director positions in Nursing, Therapy and Dietary Services in assisted living, nursing home and human service settings as well as Dialysis and Transplant within a clinical/hospital/environment.  I excel in facilitating staff development/training programs, implementing effective policies and procedures for enhanced performance and regulatory compliance, steering and supporting key committees, and collaborating with multidisciplinary medical teams and community resources to deliver comprehensive, quality health care.

 

To complement this practical experience, I earned a BS in Nursing in 1994, and earlier in my career, I was an ICU RN with the Veterans Administration and CCU RN with a local hospital.  I concurrently contributed my dynamic leadership skills as a member of the U.S. Army National Guard, including activation for a 1-year deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
