for this segment of a minnesota research study focused on determining ways to lower offender recidivism rate, provided intensive case management for a highly diverse ex-offender population.  interfaced regularly with probation officers and police to discuss all issues related to program participants and any public safety concerns.  this assignment required a variety of skills and levels of competence, particularly in multi-tasking and in meeting administrative responsibilities.  each case had specific needs and requirements, which called for individualized planning.
