        developed thesis research centering on the homodimerization of a metallo-repressor copy from enterococcus hirae to include characterizing its zn(ii)-induced dimerization utilizing both biophysical and molecular biology techniques.

        effectively developed an in vivo protein-protein interactions survival assay which detects the formation of specific metal-induced dimerization of pairs of test proteins.
