As demonstrated I have been a member of the Strawn Elementary team since 1995, steadily progressing to my current position of Principal and Counselor.  I believe this ongoing progression clearly illustrated my ability to assume the Superintendent position and to thrive in that position as a decisive, solutions-focused leader.  I have built a solid relationship with staff, students, parents, and the community over the course of 13 years, and am able to capitalize on my positive relationships to generate results in a Superintendent capacity.  I possess strong administrative skills, possess a comprehensive knowledge of school needs and am able to ensure critical compliance with standards and regulatory guidelines.  Complementing this, I offer Superintendent Certification.  My academic background includes a Master of Education in Educational Administration as well as a Master of Education in Counseling.
