  Change Management and the estimation and documentation of Change Orders.

  Insure company safety requirements are met with field crews, both through leading safety meeting monitoring and policing when required.

  Provide look-a-heads for schedule management, identifying potential problems early in project documents (Constructability Reviews) and interfacing with sub-contractors as to document/contractual conflicts and bring these potential risks to the attention of relevant parties.

  Assisted in materials procurement, reviewed project documents, provided information for RFI s, CO s, and on-site consultation with General Contractor s on-site Supervisory/Project Management staff.

  Ensured company safety requirements were met with crews and provided look-a-heads for potential problems in either project documents and or interfacing sub-contractors.

  Worked directly with other Superintendents to organize weekly man power.

  Primary responsibilities included: Performing full scope from foundation to finish. 

  Subcontracted work by MDM Construction included MEP, sheetrock, grading and concrete. 

  Peeled and notched logs for custom log homes, framed roofs, porches, decks, and floor systems.

  Performed finish work for all self-performed portions of work, including but not limited to; installation of cabinetry, base, casing, ceiling moldings, wood panel walls and ceilings, hardwood floors, countertops and stair railings (log) and many other finish related tasks, including all painting. 

 

Foreman/Superintendent, Sundowner Properties                                           1988-2002

 

  Primary responsibilities included: Performing full scope from foundation to finish. 

  Subcontracted work by Sundower Properties included MEP, sheetrock and concrete.

   Operated backhoe for footing excavation and general grading, peeled and notched the logs for custom log homes, framed roofs, porches, decks, and floor systems.

  Directed crew and self-performed all interior finishes as well as installation of cabinetry, base, casing, ceiling moldings, wood panel walls and ceilings, hardwood floors, countertops and stair railings (log) and many other finish related tasks, including all painting.
