Oversee program to expand and improve Wallis Annenberg Heart Program across Southern Xxxxxx, targeting emergency medixxxxxxl services (EMS) programs. Program now known nationally as Mission: Lifeline. Establish loxxxxxxl initiatives to raise awareness of treatment deficiencies and provide eduxxxxxxtion to EMS workers, physicians, and other healthxxxxxxre professionals. Work closely with policy makers to increase awareness and obtain funding for additional programs.

       Currently expanding loxxxxxxl initiative to 10 Southern Xxxxxx counties.

       Implement programs designed to reduce mortality and morbidity rates and increase quality of xxxxxxre.

       Conduct evaluations of existing treatment measures and patient outcomes.

       Identify methods for expanding programs and awareness to state and national levels.

Director, Heart & Stroke Initiatives (2004-2008)

Developed and managed emergency xxxxxxrdiac xxxxxxre policies to improve treatment of heart attack victims and increase survival rates. Partnered with fire departments, hospitals, physicians, nurses, xxxxxxrdiologists, and loxxxxxxl officials to implement new programs and policies.

       Established $3M non-profit government and foundation partnership, Wallis Annenberg HEART Program. Program included 2000 paramedics with defibrillators and extensive training in diagnosis, treatment, and transportation of most serious types of heart attacks.

       Co-authored manual for national paramedic implementation.

       Personally selected 15-member committee representing hospital CEOs, fire chiefs, xxxxxxrdiologists, physicians, and nurses from various loxxxxxxl organizations.

       Increased paramedics performance 100 through improved training and eduxxxxxxtion.

       Spearheaded establishment of 32 new xxxxxxrdiac centers in Xxxxxx County.
