  Strategically created a Warranty Department at Flight Options in 2006 when there was $0 in warranty recovery; after the department s initial year, recovery was $837,000, $1.2 million by 2008, and on track for $1.2 million in 2009.

  Demonstrating sharp business acumen, have designed, developed and launched three departments, including Component Reliability Department, Warranty Department at US Airways, and Warranty Department at Flight Options.

  Successfully managed Purchasing and Warranty Departments for US Airways through two Chapter 11 filings, with strong focus on contract negotiations and execution.

  Within only 3 years, designed the Warranty Dept. at US Airways and took the Warranty recovery from approximately $20 million to $70 million.
