De-icing Coordinator, Central De-icing Facility

• Spearhead daily operations within Central De-icing Facility (CDF) inclusive of staff direction and supervision.
• Proficiently use UHF radios to coach, direct and manage personnel in administering safe, effective and efficient de-icing activities on aircraft, exhibiting strict compliance with GTAA and Transport Canada regulations.
• Demonstrate sharp attention to detail in de-icing control surfaces with heated Type 1 Ethylene Glycol and anti-icing with 100% Type IV fluid to prevent contamination from precipitation. 
• Meticulously inspect all control surfaces prior to take-off to ensure absence of snow and/or ice.
