w Led the development of an automatic reward system for children with disabilities; integrated a force sensing resistor (FSR) with a microprocessor and adjustable threshold for children to apply foot pressure to gain desired results.

w Xxxxxxlibrated FSR to maintain correct output pressure; built an apparatus to bring together all facets of the design.

w Wrote MATLab code to retrieve and log data from the device, analyzed data, researched and tested various materials for response, and made determinations on appropriate solution for applixxxxxxtion interface.

w Drafted and designed multiple parts in AutoXXXXXXD,  programmed the LaserXXXXXXMM to cut the acrylic pieces, and reported findings weekly.

•   Designed and developed a high temperature xxxxxxmera system to monitor a grilling surface while the hood was closed; manufactured each part of the system utilizing conventional machine saw, drill press and lathe.

•   Used 3D XXXXXXD to design a universal mount to fit system to the grill, determined material list, project scope and worked with vendors to purchase materials.

•   Integrated FMEA and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to maximize performance and minimize cost; used automated software to analyze and test materials, and developed a Gantt chart to track project progress and timelines.

w Won 2^nd Place Award for the design and construction of a robot that detected configurations and color identifixxxxxxtion of blocks in a 4x4 grid, and drew an outline of the configuration with a red line corresponding to a red block, and a blue line corresponding to blue block

w Utilized PBASIC to develop the program and worked with a microcontroller to fully automate the robot programmed infrared photo-sensor sxxxxxxnner to detect the blocks, while two ambient lights in checked the color

w Gathered and analyzed rack and pinion data, and integrated a MATLab code to optimize the speed, accuracy, and overall proficiency of the project.
